I'm still trying to figure out what throws me into tail spins. I have Celiac disease (allergic to gluten/wheat)along RA and other various auto immune disorders. I get into such overwhelming downward spirals at time, it scares me. I try to figure out if it was what I've ate, or circumstances around me (stress, etc) or just a cycle I need to go through. I'm not a good self-disciplined person, but I am very stringent when it comes to sticking to my non-wheat/gluten diet. I hope you do get accepted into the nursing program. (I'm just crusing through the Wordless Wednesday's posts and ran across yours... in case you're wondering where in the blazes I came from). :)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
