Crock Pot Peanut Chicken

Crockpot Peanut Chicken (RT)

This is a great dish. We had this when we went on vacation in California and I loved it. Its kind friendly too because kids always love peanut butter. If your child is allergic to normal peanut butter then you can also use the soy peanut butter instead.

INGREDIENTS:
3-1/2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/3 cup peanut butter
2 Tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
3 Tbsp. orange juice
1/8 tsp. pepper

PREPARATION:
Combine all ingredients in 3-4 quart crockpot; mix well. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until chicken is tender and thoroughly cooked. Serve with hot cooked rice or noodles. 6 servings
